No Sleep test
I thought that it would be fun to test if sleep deprivation changes my work quality or how hard I work So I am not falling asleep and not using caffeine to keep me up.
The scientific Method
Question: How will it affect me at school if I do not sleep?
Hypothesis: It won’t affect me very much other than my personality and emotions.
Materials: Me, Myself, And I
Experiment steps:
Experience:
1:30
It is very late and I am having trouble keeping awake because I am really bored so I am using video games and videos to keep me occupied. I found out that having loud sounds and cold temperature helped keep myself awake since I couldn’t fall asleep in those conditions. My brain is already moving slower than normal, I can tell by the fact that it is hard to read and think of what to say for this blog.
4:00
I am very tired but still keeping myself awake with others. I am starting to get really giggly at a lot of stuffs and I am feeling bugs all over me.
5:30
Having trouble keeping my eyes open so I splashed myself with cold water I fell rejuvenated.
9:00
I feel awake but super tired unlike earlier at night. I am not having trouble working like I was.
9:20
I keep feeling like I am going to throw up but nothing ever comes out.
1:30
I’m not tired at all anymore it feels like a normal day.
Science Behind It:
Due to the lack of rest that your body, eyes, and mind get it makes them move slower and be agitated more easily whether in a good way or bad way.
My thoughts, I could not find any solid facts of what it does
